We are at a crucial stage in the elimination of viral hepatitis - there is an effective, affordable cure for hepatitis C and a vaccine and treatments for hepatitis B – but many people are missing out.

All Australian Governments have committed to eliminating hepatitis B and hepatitis C by 2030, but to achieve this they need to resource communities to provide appropriate information and support tailored to their needs.

We have the tools now to prevent viral hepatitis, we need to support every person in Australia to access the appropriate information, support, testing, care and treatment they need.
