Tattoos can be great fun, but they can also carry blood-borne viruses if not done at a proper tattoo studio.
If you've had a tattoo done outside of a professional Australian studio, ask your doctor for a hepatitis test. There's treatment for hepatitis B, and a cure for hepatitis C.
