The Hepatitis Australia Strategic Plan is developed by the Board, in consultation with our members and Chief Executive Officer. The plan is informed by community feedback and needs, the latest data about hepatitis in Australia and the resources available to us. We look at broad focus areas and establish Priority Action Areas and identify the Outputs and desired Outcomes.
