Staff

At Hepatitis Australia we have a highly dedicated and experienced team of people working to develop and deliver our programs to achieve the aims of the organisation. Most of our team is based in our Deakin office.

Bruce Ryan - Business Support Officer

Bruce recently joined the team at Hepatitis Australia and provides administration and reception support.

Bruce works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week.

Carrie Fowlie - Chief Executive Officer

Carrie joined Hepatitis Australia as CEO in April 2020, with almost two decades of peak body experience.

Carrie has extensive representational experience at the national and international level. Her work with elected officials and their offices, in parliaments, at the United Nations, and with government officials has resulted in policies that are consistent with the evidence and the priorities of the constituencies she has represented.

Danny Adams - Digital Communications Officer

Grace Hogan - Resources Development Officer

Grace joined the team at Hepatitis Australia in March 2019 to take up the new position of Resources Development Officer. The position reviews existing hepatitis information resources and developed new ones to address information gaps.

Grace works full-time and is based in our Deakin office.

Irene Stoop - Project Officer: Hepatitis C

Irene joined the Hepatitis C Program team to work on the Test Cure Live campaign, which focuses on increasing the number of people accessing a cure for hepatitis C.

Irene works part-time in our Deakin office Monday to Thursday.

John Didlick - Policy Analyst

John joined the team in 2018 having previously lead Hepatitis ACT.  As Policy Analyst, John works closely with the CEO on establishing policy and advocacy priorities for Hepatitis Australia and the development of submissions and papers to influence government policy.  

John works part-time with varied hours.

Kevin Marriott - Director of Programs & Communications Manager

Kevin is currently the Director of Programs, Kevin oversees all of the community focused programs and communications activities of the organisation. Kevin has a background in blood-borne viruses, human and community services, working with media and in executive management. Kevin originally commenced with Hepatitis Australia in 2013 as the Policy Officer.
