Policy Analyst | Full or part-time | Remote working available

As part of a high-performing team, the Policy Analyst works closely with the CEO to develop policy related documents that inform national policy and support the interests of people affected by viral hepatitis.

The successful candidate will have highly developed written and communication skills and be experienced in policy development with the ability to synthesise and simplify complex ideas and information. Well-developed interpersonal skills including negotiating and consulting with a range of individuals, partners and stakeholders is critical to success in this role.

Salary range $84,000 - $92,000 | Contract to 30 June 2023

Program Manager - Hepatitis B | Full-time | Remote working available

This new position will lead the establishment, co-design and coordination of Australia’s first National Policy Forum for People Impacted by Hepatitis B. This program forms a critical part of the national hepatitis B response. The National Forum will be centralised national resource to access lived experience expertise to inform a range of activities (national policy, research, health services planning and representation).

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in program design and governance as well as strong relationship management skills. Previous experience in co-design and working with people with lived experience is desired. People with personal experience as someone who has or previously had been impacted by hepatitis B, or a carer for someone who has, and are passionate about advocating for people with lived experience, you are encouraged to apply for this role; however having lived experience is not a requirement

Program Manager - National Hepatitis Infoline | Full-time | Remote working available

The National Hepatitis Infoline provides confidential and free viral hepatitis related information, brief interventions, peer support, referral and linkage, and individual advocacy. Infoline services are delivered by Hepatitis Australia member organisations in each state and territory. The Program Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of the program. The Program Manager will provide secretariat services to working groups of service provides and deliver training and capacity building activities

The successful applicant will be an experienced in all aspects of program management including development of program-specific information, communications and service updates, reporting, data management and analysis. Experience in program evaluation is desirable.

Salary range $84,000 - $89,000 | Contract to 30 June 2023
