Big Healthy BBQ
Description:

ACT Hepatitis C Council in conjunction with the Winnunga Nimmityjah Health Service are having a Big Healthy BBQ.

This Awareness raising event aims to demystify hepatitis, introduce services and treatment options available locally, and encourage people to seek self awareness regarding their hepatitis B & C Status.

Description:

Jacqui Richmond, the Statewide Hepatitis Educator based at St. Vincent's in Melbourne, will deliver an informative talk on the virology, pathophysiology, epidemiology and transmission of Hepatitis B. Jacqui has many years experience in working with those affected by Hepatitis as well as providing accesssible education and training to health professionals working in the area.
