2009 National Hepatitis Health Promotion Conference
Registration will close on 12 October or once 180 participants have registered.
Once your registration is complete, you will get a registration code and tax invoice. If you do not get these two items, please contact us.
There is no registration fee to attend the 2009 National Hepatitis Health Promotion Conference. As such, Hepatitis Australia has resources for 180 participants including keynote speakers and presenters, and therefore registeration will close once 180 participants are registered.
Delegates will need to pay for their own flights and accommodation. Cost to attend the conference dinner is $35.00. This can be paid by credit card during the registration.
If you do not have a credit card, please send a cheque payable to Hepatitis Australia clearly indicating your name and organisation.
Cancelling Registration for the conference dinner after 1st October will not be refunded.
