Registration terms & conditions
All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be submitted by email to conference2011@hepatitisaustralia.com and will be acknowledged by Hepatitis Australia.
All cancellations prior to 31 October will incur an administration fee of $25.00 which will be deducted from your refund. All cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
